Along the acquisition of EU ecolabel sign and joining Slovenia Green Scheme as green and sustainable tourism provider, eco boutique hotel A.M.S. Beagle received the award, plaque and sign SLOVENIA GREEN ACCOMMODATION at the state event organized by STO (Slovenian tourism association). Slovenia Green scheme is a family of already 60 Slovenian tourism destinations and accommodation providers. Prizes were awarded by mag. Eco boutique hotel A.M.S. Beagle organized an eco management seminar during the process of obtaining the ecolabel sign on 21st of October 2017. The seminar was lead by prof. dr. Sonja Sibila Lebe, renowned professor of tourism at Maribor Faculty of Economics. She presented the process of acquiring the ecolabel sign and the subsequent control, but also highlighted the eco-components required by ecolabel.
