LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), April 14 (SeeNews) – The Slovenian municipalities of Bled and Gorje became the first two cities in Europe to win zero-waste certification under a project backed by the European Union and designed to boost the circular economy, non-governmental organisation Mission Zero Academy (MiZA) said.
